Telephony-based health surveillance
This project, in collaboration with the Children's Hospital Boston and Harvard Medical School, is a VoiceXML based call-center application to facilitate the outbreak investigation and provide decision support to health centers.
The application is built on the java enterprise platform and uses a JSP based application framework with customizable dialog modules.
